Yvonne Napolitano
Executive Director Adult Care Services, The Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Center & The Margaret T. Morris Center
Yvonne has a 30+ year career in nonprofit healthcare. She holds an undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Services, a Master’s Degree in Health Administration, a professional certificate in nonprofit management and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist. She began her career at Adult Care Services in 1999 as the Director of Recreational Therapy for the newly-opened Margaret T. Morris Center. Yvonne became Executive Director in 2010 after serving in numerous roles for the three organizations. Yvonne is a servant leader at heart and is honored to be part of a long-time caring and compassionate team of employees and board members who together have created the organizations’ reputation for exceptional care in the community.
Laura Dreibelbis
Program Director The Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Center (SJRC)
Laura started her career in health care 25 years ago. After graduating from nursing school in 2000, Laura worked in several different capacities as a Licensed Practical Nurse. In 2007 Laura joined, The Susan J Rheem Adult Day Center as the Wellness Nurse. Several years later Laura accepted the position of SJRC Program Director and continues to serve in this role today. Laura practices a servant leadership philosophy and together with the SJRC team strives to provide an exceptional day program for the quad city communities and an exceptional work place for the SJRC team. Laura is passionate about maintaining the dignity and respect of the people served at SJRC. She finds great joy and personal reward in supporting family caregivers as they journey through the role of family caregiver.
Sarah Hurrell
Memory Care Director The Margaret T. Morris Center
Sarah brings more than 15 years of experience in the senior care industry and health services leadership to her role as Memory Care Director at The Margaret T. Morris Center. She is deeply focused on resident advocacy, high-quality services, team leadership, and compassionate care.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager in the state of Arizona. Known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven leadership style, Sarah believes that communication, teamwork, and compassion form the foundation of exceptional care and strong connections.
Passionate about supporting individuals living with dementia, Sarah provides guidance and reassurance to the families who care for them. She feels honored to be part of The Margaret T. Morris Center team and finds her greatest reward in helping residents feel safe, valued, and truly at home—while fostering a positive and supportive culture for her team.
