Adult Care Services, The Susan J. Rheem Adult Day Center and The Margaret T. Morris Center are private nonprofit 501(c)3 organizations. Your gifts are so important for our continued work on behalf of those we serve. Please help by making your gift today! Here are the ways to help:
Gifts that allow Adult Care Services to use where needed most.
Gifts given for a specific purpose. For example:
- Scholarships for people to attend SJRC
- Donations for the activity programs at SJRC and MTMC
- Donations for the garden programs at both centers
- Donations for employee recognition or employee training

A gift in your Will or Trust that directs specific assets or a percentage of assets to Adult Care Services.
Charitable Remainder Trusts
Through an irrevocable trust, you receive fixed or variable payments (income streaming) for your lifetime, or a term of years, and the remainder goes to Adult Care Services.
Charitable Lead Trusts
An Irrevocable Trust to provide financial support to Adult Care Services for a period of time. The remaining assets eventually go to heirs or beneficiaries, tax free.
Charitable Gift Annuities
A contract between you and Adult Care Services in which you receive a lifetime stream of annual income (as well as a partial tax deduction) in exchange for a donation to Adult Care Services. Annuity rates are set by the American Council on Gift Annuities.
You deed your home or farm to Adult Care Services and retain the right to live in it during your lifetime, or a term of years, or a combination of both. You receive an immediate tax deduction.
You sell an asset to Adult Care Services for less than fair market value, and the difference between the sales price and the fair market value is the value of your charitable contribution.
Retirement Plan and Insurance Beneficiary Designation
You designate Adult Care Services as the beneficiary of your retirement plan, such as an IRA or 401(k), or your life insurance policy.
A donation with the sole intention of investment to earn additional income, and can last in perpetuity. This will help ensure the long-term sustainability of Adult Care Services.
